We all have expectations – recognized or unrecognized, spoken or silent, realistic or unrealistic.

We all have expectations – negative or positive — some of us are expecting gains and some of us are expecting losses.

If you are unable to have positive expectations than I would dare suggest that you are afraid to expect positively for fear of another disappointment.
